Study On Risk Management In International Construction Project

The risk is everywhere, the ever-present. Each project will be put at risk, every business will encounter risks, especially foreign construction company in project management. It is necessary to enable domestic company to choose the reasonable risk identification, risk assessment, risk planning, risk treatment and risk oversight for the domestic construction company in foreign project risk management process to achieve better control of risk, managing risk. In addition to, introducing the model of the construction company for operating the risk management in the international project.In the fourth part, the whole process of risk management consisting in the five work has carried on the detailed. The basis of a risk management work is carried out for risk identification, risk identification method has a lot of kinds, specific to foreign engineering project, this paper provides seven ways for foreign engineering project operation risk identification. Based on accurate recognition of risk, and preliminary assessment and analysis of different types of risk, and document risk factors investigation list. Among them, the risk analysis and assessment of the use of expert experience method, the monte carlo simulation method and risk state chart method. We have a lot of ways to treat the risk, here, we mainly introduce the following six kinds of risk management: risk loss control, risk retention, risk aversion, risk dispersion and risk transfer and risk.
