The problem of labor allocation and income gap plays a significant role, no matter in economy or politics. The way of labor allocation not only affects labor utilization efficiency but also plays an important role in efficiency of economic operation. And the income gap between town and country hinders the economic development and social stability, deeply affecting the construction of harmonious society. So the effort of studying labor allocation and income gap, solving the problem to reach the goal of optimal allocation of labor resources and reducing the income gap, is very important.This paper is an analysis of the influence between the allocation of labor resources and the urban-rural income gap. Study on the influencing factors of the urban-rural income gap as the center. To explore the major factors how to affect the urban-rural income gap at the same time have an impact on the allocation of labor resources. Put forward the comprehensive countermeasures and suggestions about optimization of labor allocation and narrow the urban-rural income gap finally. In this study, the first is to use Citespace analysis software, Theoretical analysis by Mapping Knowledge Domains. Next we lead our research by empirical method, analysis the data of the Statistical Yearbook by Eviews6.0analysis software.The results show that the main influencing factors of the urban-rural income gap is Per capita GDP, the urban-rural dual structure, human capital, the urbanization rate, the household registration system, urban and rural financial development and so on. For Liaoning province, the main influencing factors are Per capita GDP, the urban-rural dual structure, human capital and urbanization rate.According to the conclusions of this study, government can narrow the urban-rural income gap at the same time optimize the allocation of labor resources by Reform and urban-rural dual household registration system, speed up the integration of urban and rural development, increase investment in human capital, and improve the overall quality and expertise of urban and rural workers, improve the rural social security system... |
