Oil is one of the important raw material of the industrial production and known as "industrial blood". Along with our country economy fast development, the demand for oil is increasing rapidly. In recent years, the international oil price fluctuations by various factors,including supply and demand, politics, war and so on, the volatility of oil prices increase gradually, present a rising trend. Crude oil prices will drive all kinds of commodity market supply and demand, and affect the national consumption, foreign trade and other macroeconomic fields, in addition, it will have a a direct or indirect influence on the oil industry operation, management, and ultimately affect the speed and quality of the growth of the entire national economy. Therefore, we should speed up improvement of crude oil reserve system, and promoting international petroleum cooperation strategy, make the domestic oil market pricing.At the same time, we should also saving energy and reducing consumption, and development new energy, reducing excessive dependence on crude oil to deal with the risk of fluctuations.This paper based on the background of oil prices as the premise, with the conclusion of the related literature, through the oil price of relevant data,making a series of description statistics,and finally make analysis of impact of the increasing oil prices on our country economic. This paper also analyzes the reason for the variation of oil prices and the relationship between the economic development of our country and the international crude oil price.There is close relationship between dollar currency rate,GDP and CPI.This paper mainly based on these factors, and related data chart to analysis the change of China’s economy.
