Risk Management Research Of Fund Trust Plan Product In Bank A

Based on the rapid development of the recent domestic and international financial market and the customers’various product demand of investment and financing, commercial banks and other financial operations strengthen their cooperation continuously. As one of the four major pillars of the financial field, trust companies have also become a potential partner of commercial banks in the course of the product innovation.In2008, China adopted a tight monetary and fiscal policy. In order to avoid the influence on bank assets income rate and customer loyalty by credit limits, many commercial banks promote the cooperation between banks and trust companies actively, promote the fund trust plan product sales vigorously, and trust products grow explosively. Accompanied by the bank-trust cooperation product quantity growth, some problems appear gradually. In order to solve the problems and promote the bank-trust cooperation development healthy, China Banking Regulatory Commission has issued a series of regulations to guide and standardize the bank-trust cooperation since2008. Commercial banks further improved the awareness of the risk management and the risk management mechanism at the same time.In this paper, the author will in-depth analyze the risk in the aspects of policy risk, operational risk, credit risk of the fund trust plan product according to the product of Bank A as the research object, and show the existing risk management of the Bank A from the aspects of risk management objectives, comprehensive risk management system, risk control, risk management and risk management key points. Then, combined with a case of trust fund products sold by the Bank A, specifically analyze the effective measures in the aspects of trust fund products risk management of Bank A, according to the existing problems, and put forward some improved measures, for example, to make customer access management refine, to strengthen the trust plan selection criteria, to strengthen the follow-up management, to pay more attention to staff cultivation, to promote the related policies adjustment, in order to promote the work in the future.
