Research On Audit Informatization Construction Of Jinzhou New District

With the development of information era, the audit informatization construction has been greatly promoted and advocated by National Audit Office. The audit institutions from the higher agencies to the lower agencies have set off a wave of audit informatization construction. Especially in recent years, the consciousness of informatization construction is strengthened ceaselessly in the basic audit institutions, investment also gradually increase. There is a great progress in audit informatization construction. But with the process of informatization development accelerate ceaselessly, defects and shortcomings in the development process is gradually exposed, leading to the imbalance between the different regions, also influence the development comprehensiveness.The audit informationization construction of JinZhou New District officially started from2006, to complete the daily work and audit work through the installation and use of Auditor Office system and Office Automation system. The use of the systems not only improve the audit efficiency and quality, but also enhance the ability of audit supervision. But compared to the better regions, there are also many shortcomings on construction funds, organization structure, professional personnel, computer skills and regulations in JinZhou New District. This thesis states the situation of audit informatization construction in our country and Jinzhou Audit Bureau, in view of the present situation to find out and analyze the existing problems, by using the advanced idea and experience of audit informationization construction in Shengzhou, build Jinzhou New District audit informatization construction standards, and put forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions for not solution problem, to provide reference for the informatization construction of Jinzhou New District.
