The Model Research On New Rural Construction Of Villages And Towns Scale

Based on the widen gap between the urban and rural, theimportance of the "Peasant, Agriculture and Rural" issue and thegovernment of China pays more attention to the problems, in thecurrent situation. The research of the model of the new ruraldevelopment of the villages and towns scale is less in domestic andinternational. The thesis attempts to research the model of the newrural development of the villages and towns scale and continues todeep the theory and practice of the pattern of new countrysideconstruction. The paper mainly worked out two aspects: First, theconcept of the villages and towns, socialist new countryside andmodel are described. As a basic theory, the industrial location theory,the theory of comparative advantage and the scale economic theoryguide to the new rural model and two cases. The type of new ruraldevelopment model, model selection, the strategies, the advantagesand disadvantages of model problems in application and modeapplicable condition were discussed. Second, In the research, thedevelopment model of Dayang town in Linfen City will be selected forthe rural tourism merger type driving model.Xinzhi town in HuozhouCity will be chosen for the characteristic agriculture merger typedriving mode. And put forward their own construction strategy and promotion application conditions, to provide a reference for thedevelopment of the new rural of the villages and towns scale whichhas the similar conditions.The innovation of this paper is mainly reflected in the followingthree aspects: First, the innovation of the object study. The firstinnovation is based on the "villages and towns model" which is theobject of study. Second, the relationship of "merging construction"and "development model" are discussed for the first time, which is thesecond innovation. Third, the new rural construction model should bepreferred to choose the model of "Industries to promote new ruralconstruction ".The main conclusions of this thesis are: First, the villages andtowns should take their measures to suit local conditions, choose themode of the new rural development for the villages and towns. But thechoice of mode of the new rural construction should give priority tothe mode of "industry development model ". Second, all villages andtowns have abilities to choose the industrial development model, theindustry model which should give priority to the approach of the"merger development" to implement. Third, villages and towns shouldadopt the model of the new rural construction which can be able topromote new rural social undertakings.
