To address the increasingly serious pension problem comprehensively building a well-offsociety in an all-round way and the new rural construction process to build a rural economic andsocial development to adapt pension model is the most important task."Three rural" work focusedon farmers, farmers currently most concern is the endowment will enable farmers to solve thepension problem no worries, but the rural old-age pension mode due to the farmers’ personaleconomic factors, physical condition, and a variety of moralfactors, there is a great shortage isdifficult to guarantee the pension demand.In this paper the relationship between supply and demand economics theory and consumerutility maximization theory carried out a detailed analysis of the demand and supply of the ruralpension, based on questionnaires and site visits, the combination of Shanxi pension status andexisting problems, family pension in China most traditional pension model, but the impact ofurbanization continues, the child support alone is not realistic; self pension to reflect theindependence of elderly people to reduce children burden, but with the aging population, a lot ofpractical problems difficult to solve; community endowment pension in a development mode, butrequires the powerful guarantee collective economy, for the time being all promotion, there is agreat resistance.After a careful analysis of the factors affecting rural pension model, proposed in Shanxi tobuild a "composite" pension mode, in which important development community endowment model,strengthen neighborhood mutual aid functions, diversified support rural pension system, vigorouslydevelop the rural economy to increase farmers’ income, and finally form a family pension andendowment-based social endowment insurance and community endowment for the "wings", thecoexistence of many pension model to solve the pension problems of the rural areas of Shanxi.
