The Research On The Problem Of Mutual Assistance For The Elderly At Rural Good-neighborly Points In Gaochun District,Nanjing

At the same time of rapid economic development,China has entered a serious aging society,especially the aging problem in rural areas is more prominent,and the inversion problem between urban and rural areas is becoming increasingly prominent.In addition,with the aging of China’s rural population,accompanied by a high degree of "empty nest","disability" and other characteristics,it has caused great pressure on China’s rural pension.However,the development of socialized old-age care in rural areas in China is relatively slow,and there are problems such as weak social security and imperfect old-age service system.From this point of view,rural areas are the focus,difficulty and pain point of China’s old-age services,so it is imperative to find a pension model suitable for rural areas.Mutual help between people is a human nature and a moral basis for social progress.Mutual aid elderly care is a new type of pension model based on mutual aid,which has historical inheritance,cultural adaptation,low cost and strong reproducibility,which is in line with the actual national conditions of Chinese villages and is regarded as a new rural pension model.However,at present,the development of rural mutual assistance for the elderly in China is not ideal,and it needs to be improved to make it benign and sustainable.Firstly,through the reading of a large number of literature and books on rural mutual assistance for the elderly at home and abroad,and the in-depth study and understanding of the policy documents of rural mutual assistance for the elderly in rural areas in China,and under the guidance of the theory of active aging and social support theory,the relevant definition of rural mutual assistance for the elderly was carried out in depth.Secondly,by means of questionnaire survey,the development status of good-neighborly points in rural areas of Gaochun District of Nanjing was investigated on the spot,and a detailed statistical analysis was carried out on the data obtained from the survey,and it was found that at present,there are still problems such as insufficient practical experience in mutual aid for the elderly in Gaochun District,it is difficult to reach a consensus on mutual assistance for the elderly,the willingness of the elderly to help each other is not high,and the quality and efficiency of mutual aid elderly care services are difficult to improve.An in-depth analysis of the reasons for the misunderstanding of mutual aid cognition was carried out.According to the existing problems,some suggestions are put forward from the aspects of changing the concept of old-age care,strengthening government support,integrating old-age resources and improving social participation,so as to further promote the development of the rural mutual assistance old-age model.
