The medicine circulation industry of China experienced change from planned economy to market economy. With the new medical reform going on, the degree of marketization grows fast and the market competition becomes more and more fierce. However, the medicine circulation industry also presents a number of problems in the process of rapid development. The market concentration of the industry is still very low, the scale effect is not obvious, the industry average rate is not high, and the profit rate is too low. From the point of view of medical supply chain, the cooperation consciousness of the medical supply chain members are so weak, that most enterprises only focus on their own profit, and rarely consider the interests of the whole supply chain. As an important component of the medical supply chain, the third party logistics developed not so well. It is because of the diseconomies of scale, high logistics and the low logistics service level. The coordination and the profit allocation mechanism of medical supply chain has not been formed in China. We take the medicine circulation industry as the research background to study on the coordination and profit allocation of medical supply chain with the third party logistics involved. Firstly, we did a detailed literature review about the supply chain coordination research. Then, we did the qualitative analysis of the medicine circulation industry and medical supply chain. At last, we set up two medical supply chain game model with the third party logistics involved. The research indicates that, in cooperation dec is ion-making, the medical supply chain order quantity and overall profit is much larger compared that in independent decision situation. The logistics service level plays an important role in the medical supply chain. And the introduction of appropriate third party logistics internal competition can effectively enhance the logistics service level in the process of cooperation. In addition, the study points out that the reasonable profit distribution mechanism is the necessary the key important thing of the supply chain cooperation.
