How to coordinate the individual interests of enterprises in the SC effective when optimize the whole profits of supply chain, so that the whole supply chain performance to achieve the interests of both local and business satisfaction is the key to successful supply chain management. Equitable and reasonable allocation mechanism may not only help to maintain the stability of the supply chain enterprises, but also to prevent the disintegration of the supply chain, more important, it can achieve the dispose effective in kinds of enterprise in the SC, improve resource utilization efficiency, provide customers with high quality products and services.The paper based on game theory to study the profit allocation in the supply chain, which to be able to understand the relation of influence factors with profit allocation in the SC, find out the inadequate of the model, thereby, which can build a new supply chain mechanism for the profit allocation, with a view to improving traditional the profit allocation of supply chain business models over the past few supply chain, the profit allocation in the process of dominance of one party or the drawbacks of benefiting disproportionately from the pursuit of individual interests of enterprises into the supply chain between enterprises and co-operation mutually beneficial win-win symbiosis, to interests in enterprises to achieve a fair and reasonable allocation of the supply chain and cooperative relations between enterprises to be consolidated and strengthened.Firstly, the paper summarized the research present situation of domestic and international to profit allocation of SC through consult documents, and make some appraises; secondly, the paper has introduced the relational theory which include the conception of supply chain and supply chain management, etc.; thirdly, the paper has describes the related knowledge of profit allocate as a way to research the profit allocation of the supply chain. This paper find out the limitations of the four models by describing the models which applied to the profit allocation of SC and computed the particular examples, thus, it leads to the best coefficient allocation model of SC. Finally, the paper has applied to the best coefficient model to carry out the profit allocation of SC by cases which to prove the practical and scientific of the model.
