In the past few years, as economy increasing, food industry has become more and more modern. People gradually pay more attention to food safety. Eggs contains abundant ingredient which is easily absorbed by body, and it also is the raw material of many food companies. As the latest industrialized food, deep processed eggs in our country is just at the initial stage, never meets the market demands. It has a promising perspective.Since rapidly increasing of domestic demands, our firm productivity has not already come up with the market needs. This paper combined with our company actual feature studies and analyzes project scale, resource, market condition, process equipment, construction, affected environment, economic benefit. According to current egg cream market and our company own developing target, making use of financial evaluation measures of value engineering researches feasibility for supporting theoretical principal and data of company decision.
