This research adopting a multilevel theoretical framework, the author examined how organizational diversity climate influences the effectiveness of Cultural intelligence on job performance including task performance and adaptive performance in cross-culture working context. Data will be collected from a certain number of Chinese firms which has cross-culture business within its basic staff. The former scholars have demonstrated that an individual’s cultural intelligence is positively related to his or her job performance. We assume this positive relationship is enhanced by the firm’s diversity climate. The author discussed the theoretical and practical implications of the findings in a workplace context that involves task performance and adaptive performance. |
