Financing Difficulties And A Breakthrough Of The Cultural Industry In Gansu Province

Along with the potential of cultural industry continuous showing,many countries have established cultural founding strategy. Our countryalso put forward to develop cultural industry, in order to promote thedevelopment of cultural industry, our government implemented a series ofpolicies and measures. And our cultural industry develops rapidly in thegovernment’s vigorously support. In order to keep up with the pace of thenational culture industry development, many provinces have realized theimportance of cultural enterprises; they all put cultural industry as thepillar industry. As the province of rich cultural resources, Gansu alsopointed out to develop culture industry. The importance of culturalindustry in Gansu economic growth becomes more and more prominent.Without the support of capital, the cultural can’t realize sound andfast development, but capital is the bottleneck of Gansu cultural industry.So, study on the investing and financing problems, and to establish theinvesting and financing mechanism of cultural industry in Gansu is veryimportant. It can help to solve the capital problem, realize sustainabledevelopment of cultural industry in Gansu, and promote economicdevelopment.In this paper, the author analyzes the situation and problem of GansuCultural Industry. The bottlenecks of the industry’s development involvelack of government investment, simplex mode of investment and financing, imbalance of investment and financing structure, creditdeficiency in the environment of investment and financing, and so on.After that, the article analyzes and compares successful financingsupporting experience in the development of foreign countries’ culturalcreativity industry. Finally on the ground of synthesizing previousanalysis, the article puts forward suggestions to solve money collectingproblem of Gansu’s cultural originality industry from three aspects: thegovernment, financial institution and industry with the expectation toprovide some reference value in the development of Gansu’s culturalcreativity industry.
