Nowadays, the problem of global warming is becoming more and more serious, the energyshortage has become a major problem facing mankind, low-carbon tide gradually on the rise, lowcarbon economy has entered a phase of vigorous development, this has brought the goodopportunity for the development of low carbon industry. Shandong、Jiangsu、Guangdong、Zhejiang and Shanghai as the five most important economic regions of China, to study theirlow-carbon industry development level for measure the development status in different areas ofindustry, influence factors analysis of differences between the level of industrial developmenthas a very important significance and guide the development of low carbon industry in china.This paper adopts the method of combination of theoretical research and empirical research,based on Shandong、Jiangsu、Guangdong、Zhejiang and Shanghai economic society as well asthe present situation of research and development of low carbon, low carbon developmentanalysis and comparison of the five provinces industrial level, the thesis mainly contains thefollowing aspects:The first part includes the first chapter, this paper mainly introduces the background, researchsignificance, research status at home and abroad, the main research content, and researchmethod.The second part is the second chapter, mainly low carbon industry in the part of theoreticalanalysis, elaborated the related theory of low carbon industry, difference between severalconcept, low-carbon industry feature and industry, and the low carbon industry, low carbonindustry etc..The third chapter and the fourth chapter is the third part of the thesis, the third chaptercompares five provinces and cities of the social development, economic development, lowcarbon development status of the fourth chapter, from the carbon emissions intensity of carbonemissions, carbon emissions and other industries of five provinces were compared and analyzed,analysis of the three four two chapter is the fifth chapter behind to do a more detailed dataprocessing. The conclusion is the five provinces and cities from the aspects of the level ofeconomic development, social development and low carbon development level, have theircharacteristics, has the close relationship between economic, social and low carbon development.The fifth chapter is the fourth part of the thesis, the fifth chapter analyzes the factorsinfluencing the formation of different development level of low carbon industry in five provincesand cities, discussed from three aspects of external factors, internal factors and regional factors, and makes an empirical study of industrial low-carbon level from a national perspective, industrytypes according to the classification standard carbon development levels were determined, andlevel of low-carbon development in five provinces and cities industry were measured andcompared, the conclusion is the low carbon development of five provinces and cities of industrylevel is different, there are differences between different industries in different areas of the sameindustry and the same area, the five provinces and the country also exist between the greatdifferences.Finally, the two chapter is the fourth part, belong to the conclusion. Put forward reasonablecountermeasures and suggestions on the development of low carbon industry in the sixth chapter.Seventh chapter of thesis discussed and put forward the prospects for future development.
