Study On Decomposition Factors Of Industrial Carbon Emissions Change In Chongqing

Climate change is one of the world’s top ten environmental issues. Studies have shown that up to 63 percent of the warming effect of carbon dioxide is the main driving factor of climate change.As a low-carbon pilot city, Chongqing carbon emissions should increase the status of research to find effective ways to reduce emissions of carbon and take the lead role model, it has become a priority in Chongqing urban development. Therefore, analysis factors that affect carbon emissions and find measures to reduce carbon emissions is important.First,Studies on Carbon emissions in our country and abroad are reviewed at beginning, mainly about carbon emissions estimation methods, the trends, carbon emissions factors and carbon emissions control research in four areas to sort out.Second, calculate the total carbon emissions in Chongqing in 2001 and 2012, the use of gray system model to simulate the carbon emission trends in Chongqing and as a basis to predict future carbon emissions, on the basis of analysis of Chongqing as carbon reduction milestones carbon pilot cities, we can see that since China’s implementation of energy-saving target responsibility system since Chongqing growth rate of total carbon emissions significantly.Again, analyzes the status of Industry, gray correlation analysis method analyzes the correlation between Chongqing and three industrial carbon emissions, and the results show, Chongqing carbon emissions trends and value trends of the second largest industrial relevance, and was positively associated with the first and second industrial output value of industry changes negatively correlated.Then, analyze the distribution of carbon emissions in Chongqing industry, LMDI model is used to analysis the factors affecting 17 department in Chongqing manufacturing industry,results show that economic development, industrial structure, energy intensity and energy consumption structure of the four factors Economic development is the main reason for the increase in carbon emissions; slight changes in the industrial structure to reduce carbon emissions, energy impact of changes in the overall weak consumption structure, showing a certain stability.Finally, the overall results of the study, from the economic structure, energy use and policy analysis of the three levels of carbon reduction measures, provide reasonable suggestions for low-carbon development in China.
