Research On Current Situation And Solutions Of Public Financial Support For The Development Of Agricultural Industrialization In Shandong Province

Agricultural industrialization is the important content of the construction of modern agriculture, it is not only a realistic way to promote the development of agricultural and rural economy healthy and sustainable, but also the foundation and guarantee to make the farmers more rich and the rural areas harmonious and stable. After more than20years of exploration, as a big province in agriculture, Shandong has developed agricultural industrialization rapidly, and accumulated many good practices and experiences, thus achieve good results. However, in recent years, along with the strategic adjustment of agricultural and rural economic structure speeding up and the intensified market competition at home and abroad, the agricultural industrialization in Shandong is facing many new situations and new problems, and it is urgent for them to promote the transformation and upgrading, to improve Quality and efficiency, to overcome many difficulties. Agricultural weak property determines that the development of agriculture must rely on the input of the public finances, especially the industrialization of agriculture is such a complex systematic engineering that can not carry on without the strong support of the fiscal policy. From the view of the public finances, the purpose of this paper is to explore how to better promote the development of agricultural industrialization in Shandong province under new historical opportunities, so we can give full play to the efficiency of public finance policy and enhance agricultural and rural economic development potential.
