Competitive strategy determines the development of enterprises and the development of appropriate competition strategy is of great significance for the development of the enterprise in such an increasingly competitive environment. As the largest state-owned farms, Nanyang Lake Farm (NLF) faces many issues such as lack of processing capacity, low value-added products, lack of market control force etc.. The NFL. external environment and internal conditions is analyzed under idea of enterprise strategy management, combined with the organic vegetable industry characteristics and the enterprise competitive advantage, then formulating the scientific development strategy for NLF the organic vegetable industry in order to further improve the competitiveness of their products embodiment.In this thesis, combined the realists of NLF organic vegetable industry, the SWOT analysis of NLF organic vegetable industry shows that:NLF Organic vegetable industry is facing a more favorable external environment, more external opportunities, but the threat is little; on the aspect of their own abilities, NLF has strong comprehensive strength and excellent natural conditions. But its main disadvantage is that the enterprise is in the low end of the industry chain, lack of processing capacity and weak sales ability. NLF organic vegetable industry should take full advantage of external opportunities, and use their advantages to cover the disadvantages in order to develop high-end chain and enter the higher value-added aspects, so that its organic vegetable industry could continue growing.Second, compared to the forward integration strategic choice points and the realities of NLF organic vegetable industry, the realities are completely in line with the forward integration strategy selection points, thus confirms its development strategy:building a new market-oriented industrial mode of operation which located on the front-end of the industry chain. To innovate the marketing systems and operations management system, and create the business model integrated of the forward integration of agriculture, industry and trade. Finally, it describes the implementation and safeguards of the forward integration strategy. First, it expands the scale with the help of scientific management and complementarial resources to improve production efficiency and reduce costs. Then improves the efficiency of resource used in the processing and makes standardization of production and processing. Last, keep multi-channel sales, multi-strategy and market docking to improve the market competitiveness of organic vegetables. Safeguards include the establishment of specialized agency, financial guarantee, talent guarantee, constructing the corporate culture, logistics and risk management and control.
