With the deepening of China’s economic reform, great changes have taken place inChina’s economic structure, the restructured state-owned enterprises went to the fiercecompetition in the market.Small High—Tech Enterprises which from state-ownedenterprises have lost a large number of talents in the fierce competition in the market.largely explains the enterprise’s motivate mechanism.The high flow of enterprisepersonnel rate has brought great harm to the sustainable development of the enterprise,how to improve the employees work motivation, mobilize the enthusiasm and creativity ofemployees, is an important subject in the research of enterprise human resourcesdepartment.The author selected a good medium and small-sized high-tech enterprise come fromrestructuring state-owned HZ company as the research object, first of all, by questionnairesurvey, interview survey form, complete survey of incentive mechanism and staff,collected120effective questionnaires;Again, through books, the Internet search methods, To study the present situation ofincentive mechanism of medium and small sized high-tech enterprises.On this basis, withthe classical and modern incentive theory, incentive mechanism analysis existing problemsand put forward to scheme of HZ company incentive mechanism design.The last part is theconclusion and the future research directions.Through this study, hope to provide somenew thinking for HZ operators, but also provides a new idea for the incentive mechanismfor employees in small and medium-sized high-tech enterprises.
