| Huawei Device is one of four business groups in Huawei Technologies Co., Ltd., it plays a decisive role in the development of the Chinese mobile phone market. With the rapid development of China’s mobile broadband technology and mobile communications industry and the broad market prospects, China has become one of the global mobile phone manufacturers and the most competitive mobile phone market. China’s domestic mobile phone enterprises are at a disadvantage in competition with multinational mobile phone giant. How to change the unfavorable situation? How to obtain and maintain a competitive advantage in the competition? Those problems are the main problem of China’s mobile phone industry facing. Based on the background, this thesis studies the development strategy of Huawei device Company in China. Firstly the thesis reviews systematically the strategic management theory in the20th century as well as classic strategic management analysis tools.
