The goal of this paper is to promotes and maintains High-tech Enterprise's competitive advantage in China,through the construction of enterprise culture strategy.First, this paper obtains by enterprise culture's connotation and the function. Second, this paper summarys the enterprise culture concept and the function,and points out the enterprise culture will have the profound influence to enterprise's survival development. Through to the massive material's reorganization, the summary, the analysis, this paper has pointed out Our country High-tech enterprise culture characteristic and the insufficiency. The culture of high-tech enterprise has the big difference with the Traditional enterprise in the material, the behavior, the system and the energetic stratification plane. Comparing in the Traditional enterprise, the high-tech enterprise culture even more pays great attention the technological innovation to lead enterprise's leap development, the knowledge staff's contribution and encourages to take risk. As a result of our country traditional culture's influence, our country's high-tech culture also exists the disparity in the good faith vivid, the independent research and development aspect and the overseas enterprise.Through carrying on the analysis on competitive advantage, this paper have pointed out the enterprise culture belongs to enterprise's internal origin, and causes the enterprise to obtain the competitive advantage in exterior through apparent. Because enterprise has the endurance by itself, and have the ability to promote continuely and maintain enterprise's competitive advantage, the enterprise culture is also the powerful support of continually the competitive advantage.The propose of strategy system must have a reliable foundation, and this foundation is the cultural strategy principle. This article has given three main principles, namely: First, the strategy and the culture unify, the primary and secondary status is distinct; Second, a CEC body principle, takes the whole to have; Third, insists the back coupling society, undertakes the community responsibility. A CEC body principle refers to taking the innovate, the staff,and the customer as a body, not the one-sided emphasis some item or two items. Through the analysis which three between related, this paper has pointed out will be able to promote take this as the principle formulation's cultural strategy system and to maintain the high-tech enterprise's competitive advantage. This paper takes the definite principle as the basic point. Through the recombination High-tech Enterprise's actual situation in China, this paper gives a cultural strategy that have the core idea of inside and outside has minored, supplementary gathered. It supplements both's deficiency,that cultivating the high-tech enterprise the internal outstanding culture and shows the exterior good faith culture conformity. It enables the high-tech enterprise to promote and to maintain the competitive advantage, and take associated as the object has carried on the explanation.In the research technique, this paper reorganizes the existing research results through combs domestic, outside the enterprise culture literature material.
