With the rapid development of the world economy, it was hard to enhance profit growth point by reducing the cost of labor, materials, and market-expanding. People faxed their eyes on reducing the cost of logistics which occupied a high percentage of cost to increase corporate profit source. Thus, a Japan logistics expert defined logistics as "the third profit source". From then on, logistics development became more and more fully-swing all over the world. But after the2008economic crisis, the world economy was in the doldrums. As a major export-trading country, China had also been seriously affected. Compared with developed countries of the western and coupled with the uncertain economic situation, a more severe factor was the original deficiencies of the freight forwarding industry in China, which led the small and medium-sized freight forwarding enterprises to be in a very dangerous situation.The fast development of information technology played an important role in the communication between human beings. Therefore, a variety of advanced management technology ideas provided a self-strengthen opportunity to the development of Chinese small and medium-sized enterprises from multiple levels.This article selects JH Company as the study object. It combines with process reengineering thinking, full quality management theory, meticulous management theory as well as the supply chain management theory to support JH company’s current operational management processes. Also, the usage of organizational structuring-depth analysis help to dig out problems of the existing processes, mainly in ill-defined service object, low quality service, lack the core competitiveness, and uncertain development direction of enterprise. Based on the above mentioned, JH Company not only re-optimizes Processes and organizational structure, but also redefines the standard measure of customer satisfaction to build a fine comprehensive service quality management system and the rapid response supply chain for strategic alliance strategy, as well as revises information platform for the company’s long-term strategy, namely the Fourth Party Logistics development of enterprises direction in the future.Meanwhile, to safeguard the smooth optimization of late JH company operations management processes needs proposed processes, including preparation and difficulties. The critical key is to cite Hamer’s processes and his enterprise maturity Model and form to execute a comprehensive assessment. Then, the enterprise can confirm the status in the optimization processes and provide direction of thinking for ongoing process optimization in the future.This article is, based on researching JH company operations management process optimization, not only has practical significance to help improve service levels, reduce customer churn rate, reduce operating costs, enhance the core competitiveness of enterprises, but also do a fine reference for Chinese small and medium-sized international freight forwarding business process optimization.
