Nowadays, both the researchers in the field of theoretical research and management practices point out emphatically that work environment has changed with the fast rhythm and high pressure. On one hand, the global environment is in a constantly changing, such as intensive competition and higher customer expectations; on the other hand, as a result of the improvements of the employees’quality and capability, the employees are not satisfied with the present state of the company, and employees’self-development have been enhanced. It raised questions about how career development activities now fit into the exchange relations between employees and organizations. Gone are the days when one’s career was tied to a single organization, as career change and job mobility have become common phenomena.Considering this question, based on the study of positive physiology and organizational behavior, this study takes326Chinese enterprises workers as the background, aimed to explore the impact of employees’career growth on voice behavior (Promotive Voice Behavior and Prohibitive Voice Behavior). It proposed basic idea as well as supposition on the base of society exchanges theory, conservation of resources theory and organizational justice theory as well as the organization identification theory. At the same time, this study use four dimension structural model of career growth to development research, that is, career growth includes career goal progress, professional ability development, promotion speed and remuneration growth.Based on326samples, this study use SPSS18.0and Lisrel8.71to analytical data with many kinds of statistical analysis method, including correlation analysis, variance analysis, confirmation factorial analysis and so on. At last, we has carried on the confirmation to the research supposition, and we discuss the result and the reasons.According to empirical study, the following conclusions are drawn:employees’career growth has positive impact on voice behavior (promotive voice behavior and prohibitive voice behavior). Additionally, organizational justice and organizational commitment are the mediators of career growth and voice behavior. Finally, he study points out the managerial implications of this study based on the systematic analysis. In summary, this study come from practice, and the conclusion will give advice to the manager. All about this, this study have profound theoretical and practical influence.
