In the era of change of fierce competition,the complex and changeable environment makes the management decisions facing high uncertainty,the problems of organization is also increasingly diverse and complex.Aiming to maintain sustained competitiveness in the competitive and highly volatile environment, enterprises only relying on the views of organization management can not make the right decisions and solve problems of the organization, employee’s innovative thoughts and ideas play a more and more important role to solve the problem of the organization and improve the performance of the organizations.Employee’s voice behavior is very important for the development and innovation of the organization.Organizational commitment can improve employee’s job satisfaction, enhance employee’s sense of belonging and dependence to the organization, so as to provide a good mentality and attitude for employee voice, which can promote the employee voice behavior.This paper mainly taking the enterprises in GuangXi Northern Gulf Economic Zone as an example, based on the related research literature of the organizational commitment and employee voice behavior,aims to analyze and investigate the relationship between organizational commitment and employees’ voice behavior of enterprises in Northern Gulf Economic Zone.Through research, using statistical software SPSS18.0and Amos20.0, and taking use of the methods of confirmatory and exploratory factor analysis, correlation analysis, stepwise regression analysis, single factor analysis of variance, independent samples t test and structure equation model, to analysis the data.We can draw the following conclusions:1.In the aspect of organizational commitment, the affective commitment, normative commitment and ideal commitment of the employee of enterprises in the northern Gulf Economic Zone are much higher,economic commitment is the second one, opportunity commitment is the last one.2.In the aspect of employee voice behavior,the promotive voice of the employee of enterprises in the northern Gulf Economic Zone is higher than the prohibitive voice,and prohibitive voice is much lower.3.Between organizational commitment and employee voice behavior, and between the five dimensions of organizational commitment and the two dimensions of employee voice behavior exist relationships of a significant positive correlation.4.Under the different demographic variables, most off the organizational commitment and employees’ voice behavior of the enterprises in the northern Gulf Economic Zone exist significant difference.5.The ideal commitment, normative commitment, economic commitment and opportunity commitment can strongly predict and explain promotive voice, and affective commitment and normative commitment can strongly predict and explain prohibitive voice.Finally,according to the empirical research conclusion, from the perspective of the employee themselves,leadership, corporate culture and ect to enhance the level of organizational commitment of employees of enterprises in the Northern Gulf Economic Zone,and to promote the employees to actively offer advices, as to provide countermeasures and constructive measures for the enterprise managers of the economic zone,and as to improve the innovation development of the enterprises and enhance the competitiveness of enterprises.
