In the increasingly fierce market competition, if enterprises are facing a large number of skilled and important key employee turnover, new employees are not familiar with working process, it would cause a serial of serious problems on production and business:meanwhile their normal businesses would be under enormous losses. How to create a pleasant working condition to inspire the potential of staff, so as to increase their loyalty and decrease quit rate, in order to bring the maximum benefits for the organization. It will be urgent need for every manager. In recent years there are a lot of studies on turnover intention. However, in these studies, there are few perception of organizational politics as antecedents of turnover intention, and few organizational justice and organizational commitment as a mediating variable analysis, if we know what affects the turnover intention, how they affect turnover intention, we can put forward corresponding management methods to overcome the negative factors, and enhance positive factors which is very important for management practice. This article refers to organizational commitment, organizational justice and perception of organizational politics and turnover intention, analyzes the psychology of production-supervisors of manufacturing industry enterprises in Jiangsu and Zhejiang province. It focuses on comparison of differences among the different personal features and the organizations. And use mature foreign questionnaire and software to analyze data of organizational commitment, organizational justice and perception of organizational politics on turnover intention, but also we will analyze the organizational justice and organizational commitment’s mediation between perception of organizational politics and turnover intention, this research can get the following conclusion:(1) Different ages, jobs and income of employees with the obvious difference in turnover intention.(2) Turnover intention and perception of organizational politics significantly positive correlation.(3) Turnover intention and organizational justice and organizational commitment was significantly negatively correlated.(4) Organizational justice in the perception of organizational politics on turnover intention fully mediated.(5) Organizational commitment to a partial mediator role in the perception of organizational politics on turnover intention. At last According to conclusion, we will give several suggestions to enterprise to set up the retention plan, help organization to adjust the management style, and set up fair and reasonable diversified performance evaluation and promotion system. Prevent the influence of employee turnover and enhance the cohesion.
