In the new economic time,the importance of human resource is accepted ever more, output-to-input ratio of human resource can be achieve ten times,marketrs are indispensable resource to telecoms companies,and play an important role in coping with market competition.But there are many influencing factors in marketers’playing potential,not only the readiness and the attitude of individuals,but also wheth incentive measure of the enterprise is position, consequently,understanding the inspire demand of the marketers,and set incentive policies and mechanism to mobilize the enthusiasm,initiative and creativity,is the crucial factor for the enterprise to success in competition of marketing economic.At first, this article elaborates in home and abroad encouraging theory detailed,and analyze there are any indication to enterprises,introduce the experience in motivating of communications industry.Than expound the current situation and problem of the subsidiary of china telecom in B city,the next, analyse and study the telecom of B city in matching the theory of encouragement,and formulate plans pertinently, and proposes corresponding strategies and ways from three aspects, at last, elaborates the works needed in post-holding and enforcement, in order to achieve intended effectiveness.By studying home and abroad encouraging theory, the traits of the marketers, encouragement problem,this article has a certain theoretical and practical significance to arouse the enthusiasm of the marketers and structure enterprise culture of the double successful fruit between the group and the staff.
