The Chinese medicine industry is a native traditional industry.With the development of the industry and the support of policies,more and more emerging enterprises are pouring into the Chinese medicine market,and market competition is increasingly fierce.In recent years,the domestic macroeconomic growth rate has continued to decline,the growth rate of the Chinese medicine industry also has slowed down,and the whole market has become saturated.Chinese medicine companies are facing tremendous pressure and challenges.In order to adapt to the fierce market competition,it is necessary to strengthen the market competitiveness of enterprises.As a bridge between enterprises and the market,marketers are the core strength to maintain the market advantage of enterprises.In order to effectively improve the comprehensive strength of marketers,it is necessary to carry out key training for marketers.Foci Pharmaceutical Co.,Ltd.is the first Chinese company which proposed the concept of ”Chinese medicine produced by western technique” and created the concentrated pill,which promoted Chinese medicine to the international market.The company has long been focusing on product quality,which pay more attention to production work and quality work.with high market acceptance,The company paid less attention to marketing work.In recent years,due to the increasingly fierce market competition,corporate marketing pressure has become prominent.At the same time,after the company moved to the new factory,the capacity bottleneck broke through and the production capacity was released.In order to achieve the matching of production and sales,how to build an efficient marketing team has become an important issue for enterprises.This paper takes the training system of the marketer of Foci Pharmaceutical Co.,Ltd.as the research object,and it conducts an objective analysis of the trainingsituation of the marketing staff of Foci Pharmaceutical Co.,Ltd.through questionnaire survey,personnel interview and the internal data of Foci Pharmaceutical Co.,Ltd..Combining the business objectives of the company and the objective needs of marketer,the job responsibilities and ability requirements of marketer are summarized and the competency model of the marketer of Foci Pharmaceutical Co.,Ltd.is constructed.According to the competency model and training related theories,the training system of marketer is optimized from four aspects: training course system,training instructor resources,training management and training evaluation.At the same time,the safeguard measures for the implementation of the optimized training system are proposed.The aim is to provide ideas and guidance for the marketing training work of Foci Pharmaceutical Co.,Ltd.and to build an efficient marketing team to achieve the business objectives and development strategies of the company.
