Under The International Economic Crisis In Our Country Foreign Trade Enterprise's Sustainable Development Strategy Research

Due to the continued developing of the global economic integration, the economic crisis that originated from USA, leads to the severity of global economic downturn. The problems have not been completely solved, regardless of the series of measurements taken by many developed countries, such as countries in the Europe, USA and Japan.Because of lacking new economic growth points, the world economy is declining continuously. The international economic downturn leads to further cutbacks in foreign market needs. In the current situation, the world trade protectionism reemerged to protect their countries’interest. Global economy is pervasive and infectious, which causes the foreign trade facing the deterioration of the trade environment. The development of foreign trade is confronted with extremely complicated situation. Foreign trade enterprise holds an important position in the development of our foreign Trade. Their character and Strategic vision involves not only the development of themselves but also the development of Chinese external trade. Foreign trade enterprise is in a crucial transitional period, facing the reshuffle process. They would be under the risk on elimination at any time, if not reflect in a proper manner, adjust direction timely, avoid risk as much as possible and set Sustainable strategy in advance.As under this situation, this thesis takes a further research on the survival status of the foreign trade companies, and try to analysis the resources of these problems that exposed during the economy crisis in the foreign enterprises. At the same time, It will draw lessons from the foreign enterprises of US, JP ect, use SWOT to analysis the domestic enterprise, and take XX-MINMETALS for example, so as to propose the sustainable strategies for the foreign trade companies during the economy crisis.
