Analysis On The Cultivation Of The N Group’s Core Values

Core value of the enterprise is the heart and soul of the corporate culture, and also it isthe basis of the enterprise‘s personality culture. In recent years, private enterprises as thebackbone of China’s economy stage, has increasingly shown its strong vitality. However,facing the global economic crisis, private enterprises have encountered unprecedenteddifficulties, especially, in the process of private enterprises.This paper studies the core value’s cultivation of the N Group, finds that N Group hasmade some achievements in the construction of core values, it has basically established thecompany’s core values system. However, due to the external environment, the quality of theemployees, there also exist some problems, such as lack of innovation, lack of initiative, lackof practical, lack of the long-term development concept, lack of institution building. For that,I think that through taking measures, like remodeling of a shared vision of the enterprise,internal control and building will be helpful for the improving of the cultivation of the corevalues in the N Group, and that can help N Group build al “build the core values�'management and implementation�'assessment and improvement” model and also the corevalues can playing a more important role in the development of the Group.
