Moderm Enterprise Core Values Construction Research

The core values of contemporary soldiers are, "Be loyal to the party, love the people, serve the country, be dedicated to their missions and treasure honors". They are a strategic project of congregating and strengthening the whole army, and the basic principles in the spirit of the army. The effect research of cultivating contemporary soldiers’core values can be beneficial to promote the construction of core socialist values, to cultivate have a soul of enterprise employees, to develop the organizational culture construction creatively, advantageous to realize the strategic goal of enterprises under the new normal, and to develop a scientific and practical system of value cultivation.This thesis adopts methods of theoretical research, empirical analysis, survey and interviews for research. It is based on theories of values, core values, core values of enterprise,core values of contemporary soldiers, core socialist values and the relevant theories of employees’ silence behaviors. Moreover, via the investigation and analysis of contemporary revolutionary soldiers’core values cultivating effect of one troop stationed in Yunnan, it analyzes its achievements and problems, and provides countermeasures and suggestions from four aspects, namely professional training, strengthening the advanced military culture, improving the cultivating institution and mechanism, emphasizing the exemplary function of typical cases. Based on this, the thesis provides references and enlightenment in three aspects:cultivating the enterprise core values to the employees’ faiths, making full use of "red resources" (revolutionary resources) to cultivate employees’ core values, and cultivating enterprise core values in routine work, daily life and fulfill the big programs.
