Research On The Cultivation Of Private Enterprises' Core Competence Based On Sustainable Development

For a long time, China's private enterprises have struggling between the planned economic system and market economic one, whose weaknesses are self-evident. With the deepening of market economy construction, as well as the efforts of the reform and opening up for 30 years, the private enterprises are sprouting up like flourish so to become the important component of China's economy and the significant force for economic growth. But with the increasingly fierce market competition and the national macro-economic restructuring, private enterprises have experienced the predicaments including a short life span, vague development goals and so on. Guided with the theory of sustainable development and core competence, this article set about to explore the deep reason of private enterprises' plight and the approaches for cultivating core competence in the view of enterprises' plight.Emphasizing particularly on the system construction of private enterprises' sustainable development and core competence, the elements' analysis and the cultivated measures, this article builds "hard power " and "soft power" of private enterprises' sustainable development, which is the criteria to classify the elements of private enterprises' sustainable development and finally forms the static system and dynamic development model of core competence and sustainable development. The innovative points of this article constitute in the cultivated patterns and methods of core competence of private enterprises' sustainable development. Concretely, the first chapter is an introduction which clarifies the purpose of the research, the summarize of the main documents, as well as the research contents and methods; the second chapter is the theoretical basis of private enterprises' sustainable development and core competence evolving in the theories of sustainable development, core competence and the ability of private enterprises' development; the third chapter comes down to the system of private enterprises' sustainable development and core competence, elaborating the definition, building barriers, building principles and specific framework of private enterprises' sustainable development and core competence as well as the "hard power " --- core resources, core technology and core products; the forth chapter is the "soft power" cultivation of private enterprises' sustainable development, including the cultivation of quality of entrepreneurs, TMT, cultural force, strategic management ability, capital operation, marketing ability and innovative ability; the fifth chapter is the demonstration analysis of BL company, illuminating the actual elements of BL and strategic management competence; the last chapter is the summary and research outlook of full article.The article combines the theories of sustainable development, core competence and private enterprises' development and puts forward some cultivated patterns and methods of specific elements in conjunction with BL's demonstration analysis so as to provide some advice and recommendations for private enterprises' development.
