The Research On Huludao City State-owned Commercial Banks’Public Service

Traditional state-owned commercial bank’s values and business concept is changing, especially when the state-owned commercial banks to enterprises in the role of transactions, to shareholders, to the pursuit of value creation, the pursuit of profit maximization, participate in the fierce market competition, to exist and development.
