As an important part of the real estate market, second-hand house trading market has played a decisive role position in aspects of driving the national economy and promoting housing consumption diversification and ensuring residents’housing demand and so on. Recently with the rapid development of real estate increment market, second-hand housing turnover increases rapidly in our country, so as to promote the rapid development of the second-hand housing market. But it also brings many problems, such as lacking of credit and irregularities, some drawbacks like industrial managing mode and agency system are also gradually revealed. At the same time, information non-sharing system has seriously hindered the healthy development of second-hand housing market in our country, and damages the interests of real estate brokers and second-hand housing traders. It also greatly reduces the efficiency of second-hand house trading market. In order to ensure the information source and the smooth communication channel of second-hand housing market and promote the healthy development of the real estate brokerage industry, as well as regulate the behavior of market participants, the establishments of information sharing system and operation mechanism are vital in second-hand housing market.Under the background of this industry, firstly, the study analyzes the present situation of real estate brokerage in China and American, and points out the enlightenment that United States brings to us in managing real estate brokerage, such as laws and regulation, industry supervision, agency relationship, credit problems and commission system several aspects, in order to pave the way for the establishment of operation mechanism. Secondly it analyzes the existing second-hand house information sharing system in China and American, and points out the advantages and disadvantages, as well as analyzes the problem of second-hand housing market information sharing in our country. Thirdly, it bases on win-win perspective of real estate brokers and second-hand housing traders, builds second-hand housing information sharing system, including construction analysis, construction thoughts, functional module analysis, operation process, structure and layer, network composition, option of database and information security technology. At last, aim at the enlightenment of foreign advanced management experience and situation of China’s real estate brokerage, this paper puts forward the establishment of industry management mechanism, industry mechanism and supporting mechanism for assisting normal operation of the system. The construction of this system and operation mechanism’s research will improve the efficiency of the second-hand housing market, and it is of great significance to promote the healthy development of second-hand housing market in China.
