The county economy is the basic economic unit, corresponding with the urban economy in thenational economy is the county center township as a link county hinterland area economy; regionaleconomy is county regime as the main features, optimize the allocation of resources to obtain acompetitive advantage.Shanxi is a historical cultural province, the largest province of the coal resources in theprovince, and the characteristics of agricultural products,90%of the land area and73%of thepopulation in the county, the county economy in the economy as a whole accounted for the absoluteproportion. County economic development in the outflow of funds, financial investment, imperfectfinancial markets resulting in poor county regional economic development appears slow or evenstagnant.From Shanxi Province, the county economic development in the financial service levelanalysis existing county financial problems and put forward thinking, hope to increase the theShanxi Province county level of financial services, to better serve the county economy.The article ismainly divided into six chapters.The first chapter is an introduction, mainly on the research background, research significanceand research ideas.The second chapter describes the relationship between the domestic and international financialand economic County Financial Services and County Economic Development Theory Research.The third chapter analyzes the status quo of Shanxi County financial services, includingfinancial services in Counties connotation, county financial services institutions, product supply,and other aspects of content.Chapter Shanxi county financial services, including financial services system is not perfect, theoutflow of funds is serious, unreasonable product structure analysis, and the cause of the problem.The fifth chapter through the analysis of the problem and the reasons to identifycountermeasures to solve the issue of financial services, the first is to improve the county financialsystem, and secondly to innovative financial service tools to optimize county ecologicalenvironment.I hope this dissertation research can better serve the County Finance provides a reference forthe county economy, sound and rapid development of the county economy.
