Research On The Coordinated Development Between The County Financial Services And The County Economy

On January 19,2014, the central committee of the communist party and the state council of China promulgated the first authority document "About the several opinions on deepening the rural reforms and pushing on the agricultural modernization rapidly". It is the 11th year since 2004 that the first authority document focused on "San nong". At present, our country is facing the critical period of transformation and upgrading, at the same time, we are further promoting the construction of new socialist rural areas, advancing the construction of industrialization, informatization, urbanization and modernization of the county economy, focusing on the strengthening the process of modern agriculture. The rural economy is confronting with more and more difficulties and complex environment. To overcome these difficulties is inseparable from the finance, especially the support of the rural financial system. How can we adjust and straighten out the relationship between the county’s financial services and the county economy? How can we realize the benign interaction and coordination development between the county’s financial services and the county economy? These questions have become the key to solve the "san nong" problems and to build a well-off society in an all-round way.First of all, this paper expounds the related theories of financial development theory, economic growth theory and the coordinated development theory, and introduces the relevant concepts of county financial services and county economy to provide the theoretical basis for the following discussion. Secondly, by collecting relevant datas, this paper carries out a comparative analysis on the current situation of the coordinated development among China’s eastern, central and western county financial services and county economy. Then, it makes a brief analysis about the interactive mechanism. Thirdly, by looking up the relevant economic datas and setting up a panel data model, this part makes an empirical analysis on China’s eastern, central and western county financial services and county financial services, in order to find out the factors restricting the coordinated development of our county financial services and county economy. And then, based on the combing and comparison the rural financial services in other countries, and referred to the concrete practice of our country’s county financial services and the county economy and China’s specific national conditions, the writer thinks we should make a selective reference. Finally, this paper tries to put forward to establish a long-term mechanism about the coordinated development between the county financial services and county economy.
