Qikou scenic spot is located in linxian County, Shanxi province. It is situated in the middlesection of grand canyon of Qinjin, And it is seated the Yellow River and the qiushui Riverinterchange, that is a bright Pearl on the tourism belt along the Yellow river. Qikou area is famousall over the country that rich local cultural characteristics of the ancient buildings of Ming and Qingdynasties and the unique the Yellow River water relief along with natural scenery. In recent years,it has attracted a lot of tourists come to visit. In November2012, Qikou scenic areas included in thelist of the eighth batch of State-level scenic spots, became the sixth State-level scenic spot in Shanxiprovince, more broad development prospects. Although, scenic area development has maderemarkable achievement, but many problems still exist in the development process, such asconservation of resources and so on. Therefore, research how to Qikou deep development tourismfor the sustainable development of the scenic spot has very important practical significance.The paper based on the field investigation for Qikou area, and according to the tourismdevelopment of scenic, the paper discussed the main problems of tourism development of scenicarea, and puts forward some specific proposals for deep development of scenic spots. This thesis isdivided into six parts: the first part describes the purpose and significance of the subject, as well asthe domestic and foreign about the ancient town tourism development area of research; the secondpart analyzes the tourism development of Qikou area resources; the third part discusses the status ofthe tourism development in scenic Qikou, and analyzes the main problems existing in thedevelopment of; the fourth part; put forward six principles that must be followed by deep scenicspot tourism development; the fifth part is the key part of the dissertation, straighten out themanagement system, increase the area of scenic cultural relics protection, improve the tourisminfrastructure construction, the development of the tourism shopping items; dig deep culturalconnotation; strengthening regional tourism cooperation and enrich the means of publicity, givespecific recommendations for deep development of Qikou area. The six part is the conclusion.Finally,we hope that the results of this research to develop some guidance and reference toQikou scenic deep-seated.
