Because of it involves thecomplexity of the relations in the whole social security system occupies the key position, thusbecome the focus of concern of the public.Taking the reform and the practice of Jinzhong town worker’s basic medical security system asthe main line, combined with local actual situation, are to analyze basic medical insurance systemof Jinzhong, Shanxi Province. In this paper, based on the topic background and significance of thesystem, elaborated the research methods, literature review, thesis framework and innovation points.Secondly, mainly analyze the concept of basic medical insurance system, basic theory and thegeneral implemented situation of basic medical insurance system. Under the background of thebasic situation in this paper and through data analysis, are to evaluate the status of medicalinsurance fund and insurance fees. Which comes down out of the jinzhong basic medical insurancesystem reform problems, and puts forward the following Suggestions: priority or moderatelyexpand coverage for people, improve the medical insurance system’s construction and improve thequality of the fairness of health insurance and guarantee.
