Research On Coupling Effect Between Port-centered Industry And Marine Ecological Environment In The Background Of Port Upgrading

In early times, port was building along the coastal wharf with the easiest handing functions. With the development of world economy, port functions are gradually improving and upgrading.21st is the age of the Marine economy. On one hand, port-centered industry is developing; on the other hand, its impact on the marine ecological environment is worsening. The bearing capacity of some waters is declining obviously. Industry along waters with reclamation, spilled oil pollution and heavy chemical has been a seriously thereat to marine ecological security, and increased the difficulty of pollution abatement.Based on port inter-generational development, system science and sustainable development theory, this thesis is analyzing the coupling of port function development and marine ecological environment in a microscopic sight. Through the pressure-state-response model, two index systems are established about port-centered industry comprehensive level and marine ecological environment comprehensive quality. By analyzing the existing coupling model, a new coupling model is established. Combining system evolution equation of state, the coupling coordination degree model is created, to explore the evolution state of the coupling of port-centered industry and marine ecological environment.Then, through the data of the Bohai Sea from2001～2010, the thesis counts the coupling degree and the coupling coordination degree, concluding that the coupling degree is stably increasing, but the coupling development has experienced two stages: first2001～2004, loss development stage with a coupling disorder; second,2005～2010, coordinated development stage with a coupling respectively. Finally, some suggestions are given to the benign coupling development for port-centered industry and marine ecological environment.
