Research On The Path Of China’s Undertaking Of Offshore Financial Service Outsourcing

Since the1990s,along with the rapid development of information and communication technologies, offshore financial service outsourcing is becoming increasingly attractive to developed countries and developing countries because of its characteristics of cost-saving,highly technology-intensive,more additional valuable, low consumption of resources, creating employment and so on. Making endeavor to develop offshore financial service outsourcing is conducive to optimizing industry structure, changing the way of trade growth and building the friendly-environmental and resource-conserving economy. Comparing with developed countries, because of lacking of intellectual property rights protection, service outsourcing enterprises financing system is not perfect and the service industry development’s lagging behind, China’s offshore financial services outsourcing theory and practice is still in the initial stage. Faced with the important opportunity of "offshore" developing of financial service outsourcing, we should give full play to our owe advantages to undertake offshore financial service outsourcing, making the offshore financial service outsourcing realizing leapfrog development, upgrading the industrial structure, narrowing the gap between out country and developed counties, and enhancing the international competitiveness of service industry.This paper consists of seven chapters:The first chapter is an introduction, which introduced the purpose and significance of the offshore financial services outsourcing,followed by domestic and foreign scholars on the development of offshore financial services outsourcing and then made a brief evaluation;The second chapter introduces the the related concepts, theories and factors which influence the development of offshore financial service outsourcing;The chapter third analyzes the stages of development and developing experience in India;The fourth chapter analyzes the present situation and problems of China to undertake offshore outsourcing of financial services;The fifth chapter summarizes the overall path and zone path to undertake offshore financial services outsourcing; The chapter sixth introduced the Shanghai and Shenzhen’s regional strategy to undertake offshore financial services; And chapter seventh is the summary of this article and some policy recommendations.
