On Evaluation Research Of China Service Outsourcing Demonstration Cities’ability To Undertake Offshore Service Outsourcing

The city is important carrier for the development of offshore service outsourcing industry, the service outsourcing industry has a positive effect on the regional economy as well. Since2006, the Chinese government has gradually sped up the supportive policy of service outsourcing demonstration city. Service outsourcing industry in our country has the feature of urban agglomeration that the contract execution amount of21service outsourcing demonstration cities to undertake offshore service outsourcing accounts for90%of the total amount. Similar to the process of China’s opening to the world, the regional economic development level, and regional resources endowment, service outsourcing industry development in our country presents the overall pattern of "high in east, low in wesf".The central and western regions with cost advantages have strengthened their capabilities to undertake offshore service outsourcing also. The way to develop service outsourcing industry for cities, the assessment of city’s comprehensive ability to undertake offshore outsourcing, and the regional coordination of service outsourcing industry all have aroused much more attention among related parties. City as the main body to develop offshore service outsourcing industry is of great significance.Based on the above problems, this dissertation focuses on the service outsourcing undertaking capability of the demonstration cities with six chapters. First, it starts from introducing service outsourcing and the undertaking offshore service outsourcing capability of city. Through the comparative advantage,scale economy, transaction costs theory, it explains the motivation of offshore service outsourcing. and generalizes the research literature on the factors that affecting the undertaking capability of demonstration cities; Besides, this dissertation has given a more comprehensive grasp of situation that China service outsourcing demonstration cities undertake offshore service outsourcing. Then, on the basis of existing literature study,it sums up main influencing factors of the city to undertake offshore service outsourcing; Finally, in combination with the factor analysis, it has performed empirical study built on the basis of service outsourcing demonstration cities, and improved countermeasures to undertake offshore service outsourcing ability.
