The Research On The Adjustment And Upgrading Of Industrial Structure Of Shandong

In the investigation of the factors affecting economic growth, the industrialstructure factor has been paid more and more attention by researchers. At present,research on related problems of the industrial structure has become mature, andrelated theory has formed. The change of industrial structure will bring economicgrowth, the core of economic growth is the adjustment and upgrading of industrialstructure, and the upgrading of industrial structure will follow certain evolution rules.The core problem to be solved at present is how to adjust the industrial structure, inorder to promote economic growth. There have been many studies about how toadjust and upgrade the industrial structure, but still there were few people research onthis problem from the perspective of production efficiency. Under this background,this paper first research on the adjustment and upgrading of industrial structure ofShandong province from the perspective of production efficiency, and realizes theadjustment and upgrading by means of improving production efficiency.Based on the results of previous studies, this paper starts from research on relatedproblems of industrial structure, and firstly summarizes the origin of industrialstructure, industrial division, evolution and the relationship between industrialstructure and efficiency. Then the paper concludes the stage of economic developmentof Shandong, and further explores the industrial structure situation, characteristics andproblems. Finally, combined with the actual situation of the adjustment and upgradingof industrial structure and production efficiency change in Shandong, this paperanalyzes the relationship between the upgrading of industrial structure and economicgrowth in Shandong, and draws the conclusions that the promotion of efficiency couldwell reflect the adjustment and upgrading of industrial structure. On this basis, thispaper continues to decompose each industry’s production efficiency by using the DEAmethod, and also analyzes the factors of production element efficiency and scaleefficiency. The research shows that the current production efficiency situation ofShandong basically conforms to the actual of the stage of industrialization,specifically adjustment and upgrading of industrial structure can be achieved byincreasing efficiency.
