Research About Industrial Structure Upgrading And Influencing Factors In Liaoning Province

After the financial crisis,the European and American countries are speeding up the upgrade of traditional industries and the process of scientific and technological progress,to rely on "re-industrialization" to promote the real economy turns and recovers,the international industrial structure adjustment dominated by the developed countries start over again,the international competition is more and more fierce.Since the reform and opening up,China has actively participated in the international division of labor and cooperation,and the level of economic development has been continuously improved,but as the disappearance of demographic dividend,rise of land price and strengthen of environment and resource constraints,the traditional way of development has not adapted to the demands of economic development.Compared with the developed countries,China in the international division of labor and cooperation is still in a lower level in general,its industrial structure is not reasonable,scientific and technological innovation ability is not strong,industrial development in a lower level,its development of advanced manufacturing and modern service industry backward,so much problems would be solve by the optimization and upgrade of industrial structure.LiaoNing Province has optimized and adjusted industrial structure constantly since the China's reform and opening up,and the implementation of the strategy of Northeast old industrial base revitalization also promote the regional economic development,so adjustment of industrial structure has made significant progress,and narrowing the gap between the domestic economy developed provinces.But with the changing of market development,LiaoNing province as the old industrial base in China,the contradiction between its industrial structure of system formed under the planned economy system and the development of the market economy gradually revealed.Because of unreasonable and single industrial structure,,weak capacity for independent innovation,low economic benefit of industrial structure,LiaoNing Province' industristy at a disadvantage in market competition.LiaoNing Province government must realizes the current obstacles and problems of industrial structure adjustment,to speed up the optimization and upgrading of industrial structure on the basis of the development of the economy and promote the establishment of the new industrial system,then it can won a place in the new round of technological revolution and industrial revolution.This paper carry on literature reviews at home and abroad of the optimization and upgrading of industrial structure theory,and then analyse the evolution of industrial structure in LiaoNing province comprehensively,and through compared to the national level and economy is relatively developed area,analyse qualitatively the situation of LiaoNing's industrial structure in present.From the performance results of industrial structure's optimization and upgrade,through the rationalization of industrial structure,the supererogation of industrial structure,sustainable development of industrial structure three aspects empirically,build the evaluation system of the optimization and upgrading of industrial structure,by principal component analysis to study the optimization and upgrading of industrial structure in LiaoNing Provinc more objectivelye.The influencing factors of the empirical research part,according to the characteristics of the development of industrial economy in LiaoNing Province choose market dynamics,the functions of the government and the international trade variables as the multiple regression model to established time series analysis,and then through the results of the regression estimate,the influence of different factors affecting the effect were analyzed.Based on the combination of qualitative and quantitative research about the optimization and upgrading of industrial structure in LiaoNing province in this paper,the main conclusion is the level of industrial structure optimization and upgrading in LiaoNing Province is still a certain gap with the domestic advanced provinces.In the process of the optimization and upgrading of industrial structure in LiaoNing province,the rationalization of industrial structure adjustment dynamics is insufficient,the traditional industries still didn't get effective optimization and improved,resources and heavy industry is still dominant,new and high technology industries and modern service industry development backward,the rationalization of industrial structure for a long time in wandering stage,industry sustainable development level remains to be improved.Factors affecting the optimization and upgrading of industrial structure,the main factors of the government,market dynamic and open degree are analyzed,and in the process of optimization and upgrading of industrial structure is negatively related with the government factor,government administrative intervention in economic activities is not conducive to the optimization and upgrading of industrial structure in LiaoNing Province.The negative correlation between market vitality indicates that the state-owned economy in LiaoNing has a high proportion of market players,and the private enterprises develop slowly and the market vitality is limited,which is not conducive to the optimization and upgrading of the industrial structure.It shows positive correlation with openness,which shows that actively participating in international market competition and promoting the allocation of resources in a larger range will facilitate the optimization and upgrading of regional industrial structure.According to the above research get the relevant policy recommendations,mainly on the basis of the problems in the process of optimization and upgrading of industrial structure in LiaoNing Province,combining with the influence factors get the corresponding policies.In this
