As one of the new information-transmission media, the Internet brings an innovation ofculture production, storage and dissemination, raising the spread of cultural products breaksthrough the traditional time, releasing the boundaries of the space, triggering unprecedentedreforms in the field of human culture, and promoting the rapid development of the culturalindustry. From the communication point of the view, the passage try to use the theory ofcomplex networks in the diffusion, to analysis of network development effect for culturalindustries, and to conclusion empirical econometric methods.Firstly this article classifies and defines the connotation of the cultural industry,summarized the research on network development and cultural industries both at home andabroad; then introduces the evolution of the distribution channels of cultural production.,analysis network media has advantage compared with traditional communication channels,and factors that restrict the distribution of cultural products exists in network media.Then, based on the bandwagon effect model and the transmission mechanism, weanalysis the factors affecting the effects of network cultural products. We conclude that theoverall scale of Internet users, Internet penetration, the number of broadband users and thenumber of IP addresses, etc, can affect the communication effect of cultural products.In order to further verify the network development index has a positive effect on thedissemination of cultural products by actual data. This article establishes the evaluation indexsystem of network development and streamlines its using factor analysis method. And then,set up regression equation of network development indicators and the overall value-added ofcultural industry, the development index of branch industries. Empirical results verify theconclusion of the third chapter; the development index of network has a significant positiverelation with the overall value-added of culture industry, the development indicators of thelibrary industry, the mass culture and entertainment industry and as a traditional cultureindustry, the publishing industry did not get positive influence from the development ofnetwork.At the end of the article, in order to promote the development of cultural industry, countermeasures and suggestions are put forward to improve the network media according tothe network transmission constraints of cultural products.
