Currently, global wave the Internet of Things Storm, which has been paid attention to by countries all over the world. It has become an important strategy emerging industry for promoting economic growth to every country. And also, development of this industry will bring along the rapid development of related industries in China, promote economic structural adjustment and upgrading, and enhance China's comprehensive national strength. Needless to say, development of the Internet of Things'industry ultimately depends on strength of industry chain, and all members in industry chain should hand in hand and achieve collaborative development, which is the key that the Internet of Things will be bigger and stronger. Therefore, research collaboration of its industry is of great significance to the healthy, stable and sustainable development of the whole industry in China.Today, the Internet of Things industry chain has taken shape in China, but it is not yet mature with low level collaboration and a certain imbalance. Although there proposes some measures and recommendations, they are all based on a qualitative level and lack of certain systemic. So, in practical use they are only implied in a few regions and cities on a small scale at light levels. Therefore, to establish an efficient systematic mode of collaborative operation of the Internet of Things industry chain, fully explore its synergy, and identify appropriate strategies, has become a matter of priority, and also been the focus of this paper.This paper firstly makes a theory analysis of the Internet of Things industry chain with the combination of industry chain, collaboration, and value network related theory; and secondly makes a systemic study to its system structure, collaborative network and motivation; and then does research on key links and network coordination efficiency of its industry chain on view of value network, based on which builds a three level network model to it, which contains management collaboration, operation collaboration and the products and application collaboration; fourthly by using fuzzy integrated evaluation method this paper establishes index system and analyzes each collaboration's synergistic effects combining with the actual development of industry chain; finally proposes some strategies and advices for this three collaborations according to the evaluation results. Results of this paper have certain reference value to future research in related fields. |
