Analysis Of The Correlation And Ripple Effect Of China's Internet Industry

In 2015,the government reported that the Internet plays an important role in economic development.Since then,the Internet and China's economic development have been closely linked.The 19th national congress of the report is put forward the Internet and the integration of the real economy revitalization strategy.As an emerging technology industry,Internet industry has made great contribution to China's economic growth.The Internet not only provides an opportunity for the transformation of traditional industries,but also drives the development of the service industry to a large extent.In the context of the gradual transformation of China's society from an 'industrial economy' to an'information economy',the study and analysis of the correlation and ripple effect of China's Internet industry have important and profound significance for the healthy development of China's national economy.The main research content of the papers divided into five parts:The first section is an introduction.This chapter focuses on the research background and significance of this paper to elaborate scholars' research on the Internet industry.By reading domestic and foreign research literature,this paper summarizes the situation of China's Internet industry and the current research situation of the Internet industry.At the same time,the related theory of input-output method is expounded.The second section is the introduction of theoretical analysis.This chapter mainly introduces the theory of industrial correlation and ripple effect,including industrial correlation,ripple effect analysis connotation and industrial correlation,ripple effect analysis tools.In addition,a brief description of the input-output table and the analysis index of industrial correlation ripple effect theoretical basis is provided for the later empirical analysis.The third section is the empirical analysis of China's Internet industry correlation analysis.This chapter firstly elaborates the development status of China's Internet industry.In 2018,China's Internet penetration rate reached 57.7%and the number of Internet users reached 788 million.More than half of China's 100 Internet companies disclosed by the ministry of industry and information technology have been listed.Secondly,the input-output method is used to analyze the correlation effect of Internet industry.The results show that there is forward correlation and backward correlation between China's Internet industry and many other industries,the forward correlation between the Internet industry and the tertiary industry is strong,while the backward correlation between the Internet industry and the secondary industry is strong.The Internet hard industry belongs to the intermediate demand industry,while the Internet soft industry belongs to the final demand industry.Chapter four is the empirical analysis of the ripple eflfect of China's Internet industry.This chapter uses the input-output method to empirically analyze the ripple eflfect of China's Internet industry.The results show that China's Internet hard industry is a sensitive industry.Internet soft industry belongs to sluggish industry.Internet hard industry is highly dependent on export,and export demand induces strong production function of Internet hard industry;Internet soft industry is a consumption-dependent industry,which is sensitive to changes in consumer demand.The price impact of the Internet industry will not bring about shock to the national economy.Finally,path analysis shows that the Internet soft industry has less direct influence on economic development,and more indirect influence on economic development through consumption,manufacturing,scientific research and other indicators.Chapter five is the conclusion and suggestion.Summarize and analyze the conclusions of this paper on the correlation and ripple effect analysis of China's Internet industry.Based on the empirical results,this chapter combines the characteristics of China's Internet industry and the status quo of industrial development,and proposes relevant policy recommendations for the development of the Internet industry from the perspective of industrial structure,industrial linkages,and industrial development trends.
