When we enter into21st century, the topic of organizational socialization is more and more popular. Currently this topic is a hot one both in Human Resource and Organizational behavior fields. With the gradually disappearing for China’s demographic advantage, at the same time, The development of China’s enterprises are rapidly, a large number of enterprises will be faced with recruitment difficulties, in this context, more and more companies hope that the new employees can quickly familiar with the process of enterprises, can produce performance in a shorter time. In year2012, the first batch of "Post-90S" who graduated from the university is ready to start their work. They grew up in a particular environment, they have different values to superiors, they are endowed with higher expectations Therefore, the research for organizational socialization for "Post-90S" staff will have great importance and practical value.After reviewed a lot of literatures, combined with the enterprise new employees of common concern to the content, from the concept of organizational socialization, employee organization socialization of six dimensions, hypothesized, list correlation three variables with organizational socialization and research model, with the approach of questionnaire survey investigation, try to explore "Post-90S" staff of organizational socialization effects and influencing factors. after using scale validity and reliability analysis, correlation analysis and regression analysis and other statistical analysis technology, finally got the conclusions as follows:1.Organizational socialization has a significant positive effect to work performance employee engagement.2.Employee engagement has a significant positive influence with and work performance.3.The relationship between organizational socialization and work performance is mediated by employee engagement.At last, briefly describe the limitation of this article and also the direction for further research.
