Internal marketization is an important method for the enterprise management. Utilizing the price system, manage the post and the content of the job in the form of market. According to the operation rules of the market economy, full using of the law of value, economic lever, competition mechanism, will exchange the administrative subordinate relations of the personal and basic unit between into the organic combination of the economic relations and administrative membership management. This management mode makes the coordination and management relationship of the unit between into the equivalent exchange behavior as the medium of price, and can effectively avoid the low efficiency of administrative membership relation management.Based on the summarizing of the domestic and foreign research, this paper analyzed the theoretical basis of the internal marketization. This article holds that the enterprise managing the internal marketization should be based on these theory, mechanism theory, transaction cost theory, value chain theory, principal-agent theory, cost management theory, which were the theoretical basis of the internal marketization. The market mechanism theory and the transaction cost theory is the theoretical basis of the internal marketization, according to the size of the transaction costs, is to make the management to choose the internal marketization, administrative management mode or external market way, and according to the market mechanism theory is to provide the foundation of the external market operation for enterprise implementing the internal market; And the value chain theory is to provide a kind of thought for the internal marketization, with which enterprise internal management by the way into market way; Principal-agent theory and cost management theory is the premise of the internal marketization, because of the internal principal-agent costs, and the maximization pursuit, just make enterprise trying to lower costs and increase profits. Then, this paper analyzed the general practice for the enterprises implementing the internal marketizations. including internal market main body construction, internal marketization of the breakthrough point, internal market price mechanism and the safeguard mechanism construction, through this part of the analysis will be to discuss the general method of the construction of the enterprise internal management system. In the next, this paper studied the enterprise application process of the internal marketization in specific matters of case analysis. From the internal management structure of H Company, is to put forward the problems of the management. According to the theory of the internal marketization and the attention to of the construction of internal marketization system, is to construct the internal marketization management system of the H Company. The last part is the conclusion of this paper, which summarized the main conclusions of this paper.This paper summarized the theory for the internal marketization, and analyzed the specific application in the enterprise, having a direct significance for H company to improve its management efficiency, and also having reference significance to similar company.
