Research On Logistics Performance Dynamic Evaluation Model Of Cigarette Distribution Center

Tobacco industry is an important pillar of Finance, which play a considerable part in national economy. Cigarette distribution center as the important logistics node in the tobacco supply chain, which play the key role in smoothly running from the tobacco industry enterprise to consumers of cigarettes, at the same time which play the role of space-time value-added on cigarettes because it has the transportation, storage and other functions. So we should establish a comprehensive logistics performance evaluation system for cigarette distribution center, and select a reasonable evaluation method, to improve the operating efficiency and quality of operations of the cigarette distribution center through this way, thus be able to deal with the increasingly complex external environment and tasks better. Currently, there is not a lot of research on performance evaluation of cigarette distribution center, just research still focused on single cycling static evaluation, which only performance at one point time so that it’s difficult to observe the index of dynamic changes and trends. In this article, author try to introduce dynamic comprehensive evaluation model to logistics performance evaluation of cigarette distribution center. In this method different time weight can be given to being evaluated objects which is based on the actual situation. We can achieve comparison in the index at the different time points, and find the trend of logistics performance index and the problems of cigarette distribution center easier. The aim is to make results of the evaluation more reasonable.Firstly, author analyze large amounts of data and combined logistics performance evaluation criteria issued by the the state tobacco monopoly administration, summary the performance evaluation index system which can be quantified by deconstructing and optimizing logistics performance evaluation of cigarette distribution center from the state tobacco monopoly administration.Secondly, the concept "time degree" is involved in this article, establish the dynamic comprehensive evaluation model for logistics performance evaluation of cigarette distribution center. The index of change can be compared at the different time points in order to compare the effect of the evaluation by this model. At last, taking the actual operations of6cigarette distribution center in D city as an example, and the paper applies the dynamic comprehensive evaluation to analyze the logistics performance evaluation. Results show that dynamic comprehensive evaluation model can be used on performance evaluation of cigarette distribution center. The method of evaluation is simple, the results of evaluation are scientific and effective. Therefore, the research has a certain degree of application value and practical significance.
