In recent years, the global tourism industry develops rapidly. The implementation of standardization undoubtedly brings different levels of social and economic benefits to the growth of tourism enterprises. Many tourism enterprises are included in the units of standardization pilot. The tourist attraction is an important part of the development of the tourism industry, the tourism has set off a wave of standardization learning, to join the unit standardization pilot. By now, the number of the units of standardization pilot in2009was132, including30of the tourism service industry pilot units. There were113units that were included in the national service units of standardization pilot in2011, including a dozen tourism service industry pilot units. Since2009, Taishan Attraction, were included in the units of Tourism Standardization pilot for four years. By the development of standardization process, the writer has these following questions:what is the Taishan Attraction situation of standardization implementation? Is Taishan Attraction expectation to be achieved?The writer began to write this paper that base on the research at home and abroad. The standardization books are not many that especially in services, and there is not much in-depth study about Tourism Standardization implementation. The development of standardization in many articles and books is not very circumstantial. The connotation of tourism standardization has not given authoritative explanations, therefore, this paper carries on the analysis, that base on Taishan Attraction standardization implementation, to find out the main problems in the implementation, and expect to find some innovation.The writer has been committed to the work of Taishan attraction tourism standardization since2009and has got the achievements in the standardization system foundation, the standardization and the content of continuous improvement, implementation and evaluation standard, and has got the achievements finally. According to the empirical research, questionnaire survey, and personnel exchanges and learning the experience, the writer progressed in bottlenecks and obstacles about the Taishan Attraction Tourism standardization, and write experiences, reporting. The writer accumulated some experience in standardization. According to on-the-spot investigation, questionnaire survey, data statistics, and knowing well the attraction management present situation, the writer in-depth finds out the reasons of implementation status and problems of Taishan tourism standardization. Summarizing the characteristics and significance of tourism standardization.Chapter Three:From the national and attraction level to introduce the structure of Taishan Attraction standardization. Analyzing Taishan tourism standardization structure present situation and the implementation, and the standardization achievement of economic and social benefits in recent years.Chapter Four:From each aspect to research the problems in Taishan Attraction standardization structure and implementation. According to the questionnaire survey analysis and empirical, to find the basis of the problems and the rules. Finally, to fine the measures of Taishan Tourism Standardization ImplementationChapter Five:Discussion and summary. To get the conclusion of this paper, and reveal the key of the research direction.
