Research On Implementation Framework And Key Technologies Of Pharmaceutical Logistics Standardization Based On Supply Chain Management

With the issue of the new national drug policies, the market competition is becoming increasingly fierce in today’s pharmaceutical industry. Pharmaceutical logistics is moving forward at a high speed with the vigorous development of logistics by government, the information level and facilities equipment have been developed to an unprecedented height. And it has always been the focus of attention and relied on by pharmaceutical circulation industry. But how to use standardized measures to improve and ensure high quality operation of pharmaceutical cold chain logistics, to guarantee the safety of the general public, is the main goal of this study.With the background of the construction of the modern pharmaceutical logistics guarantee system, based on the theory of supply chain management, service innovation theory and the theory of division of labor, this study aimed to analyze the current key problems existing in the development of domestic pharmaceutical logistics with the implementation of pharmaceutical logistics standards as the breakthrough point. In this paper, the requirements of pharmaceutical logistics transformation development for the implementation of innovative logistics mode and standardization were analyzed, and the innovation mode of pharmaceutical logistics, integrated pharmaceutical supply chain logistics business and the design of the third-party pharmaceutical logistics mode based on supply chain management were proposed. Based on the analysis and design of the third-party pharmaceutical logistics model, the framework of the implementation of the standard of the third-party pharmaceutical logistics model based on supply chain management was suggested. The total results of this study not only can be used to provide theoretical support for transformation and upgrading of pharmaceutical logistics, but also provide a decision-making reference for the rapid development of pharmaceutical logistics service industry’s health. The main contents of this study were as follows:1) Focused on the pharmaceutical logistics, the current situation and development of pharmaceutical logistics in domestic and abroad were summarized, the innovative design ideas of pharmaceutical logistics pattern was proposed based on the analysis of the existing problems in the service object, industry form, the main service body and information of current pharmaceutical logistics.2) The pharmaceutical logistics mode was studied by analyzing and comparing the advantages and disadvantages of the existing mode of pharmaceutical logistics both in domestic and abroad. The innovation mode of pharmaceutical logistics, integrated pharmaceutical supply chain logistics business and the design of the third-party pharmaceutical logistics mode based on supply chain management were proposed with the theory of supply chain management. With the design of the third-party pharmaceutical logistics mode based on supply chain management, the viewpoint that the construction of the implementation of the standard was the key to the implementation was suggested.3) The framework of the implementation of standards of pharmaceutical logistics and key technology design were studied based on the analysis of the main contents of the implementation of standardized construction of the third-party pharmaceutical logistics based on supply chain management. According to the key implementation content of the pharmaceutical logistics, i.e. standardized storage procedure, pharmaceutical logistics hardware risk management standardization, cold insulation box tracking pharmaceutical logistics standardization and last one mile delivery standardization of pharmaceutical cold chain, the framework of the implementation of the standard of pharmaceutical logistics based on supply chain management was proposed. And then the key technology of the standardized storage procedure, pharmaceutical logistics hardware risk management standardization, cold insulation box tracking pharmaceutical logistics standardization and last one mile delivery standardization of pharmaceutical cold chain were analyzed.
