In recent years, with the increasing maturity of the market economy as well as the propulsion of the employment system, the labor dispatch mode is developed rapidly in our country. As a new type of employment forms of modern human resource management, dispatching is the result of spontaneously selected among main players in the market in the process of the establishment of a labor market mechanism. The gradually formation and development of labor dispatch mode breaking up the traditional single mode of employment, has caused widely recognized and promotion.In China, state-owned enterprises have a relatively large size of the dispatch staffs. As a typical state-owned enterprise, China Mobile has a long history of using dispatch system employees as a first-line basis of the employee’s employment mechanism. Now China Mobile C branch labor dispatch system employees accounted for about80%of the total number of employees, which has become a major force in the production and management. However, due to the continuous improvement and optimization of the talent market in recent years, as well as the change in the knowledge-based personnel development and personal value orientation, the current talent incentive mechanism can’t fully meet the tap of the talent potential effect, and thus needs to be explored an more suitable incentive mechanism at this stage. A more suitable incentive for dispatching employees is important to improve their company loyalty, reduce staff turnover, enhance the company’s operating results and improve user satisfaction, which has become an important issue for China Mobile C branch.On the basic of the theory of human resources, extensively reviewed the literature of the dispatch system employees, combined with the topics focus, in this paper Ⅰ combined the theory and practice, and make empirical analysis methods for the ultimate end result. By empirical analysis of motivating factor in labor dispatch staff of China Mobile C branch, I make a real understand of the dispatch system staff satisfaction as well as improve demand of current incentives, finding the current problems and shortcomings. Combined with the Chinese mobile C branch’s status quo and the actual situation, targeted for the enterprise development the dispatching incentive, our purpose is to provide some useful reference for the management, which finally take effective measures to mobilize the full enthusiasm for work and enhance the core competitiveness of enterprises.
